These Terms of Service govern your use of RemovalCompanies.Reviews and the portal at portal.removalcompanies.reviews. By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
RemovalCompanies.Reviews is operated by MicroBOS Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17406936), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.
1. What the Platform Does
RemovalCompanies.Reviews is a UK directory and lead generation platform for removal companies. It allows homeowners and businesses to submit quote requests, and connects those requests with verified removal companies.
The platform does not employ removal companies, guarantee any specific outcome from a quote request, or take responsibility for the quality of services provided by listed companies. We are a marketplace — the contract for any removal service is between the customer and the removal company directly.
2. Company Listings
Company listings on this platform may be compiled from publicly available sources including Google Maps. Unclaimed listings do not imply endorsement or a commercial relationship with the listed business.
If you are a business owner and wish to update or remove your listing, you can claim it for free or submit a removal request at portal.removalcompanies.reviews/data-removal. Removal requests are actioned within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR Article 17.
3. Company Portal — Your Responsibilities
If you register for a company portal account you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your business
- Keep your contact details and service information up to date
- Maintain valid public liability insurance as a condition of receiving leads
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Not misuse the platform to spam, deceive, or harm customers or other companies
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that breaches these responsibilities.
4. Leads
Lead enquiries are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee a minimum volume of leads, a specific quality of leads, or that any lead will result in a booking.
Lead enquiries are unlocked with credits bought in your RC Pro account. Credits you bought and have not yet spent can be refunded to your card. Bonus credits and free allowance credits cannot be refunded. If an unlocked lead is faulty, you can dispute it within 7 days of unlocking it; if the dispute is upheld, the credits go back to your wallet rather than being refunded as money. Free lead allowances may change with reasonable notice.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
CRM plans are paid monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from Upgrades in your RC Pro account, and your plan continues to the end of the month you have paid for. If you ask within 14 days of your first ever plan payment, we will refund that payment in full to your card and the plan ends. Later months, upgrades and re-subscriptions are not refundable. No payment will be taken without your explicit consent and confirmation.
The platform does not process or hold customer deposits. Any financial transactions between customers and removal companies are entirely separate from this platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use this platform to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Impersonate another business or individual
- Attempt to circumvent lead routing or manipulate the platform’s systems
- Harvest contact data from the platform for unsolicited marketing
- Engage in any activity that violates UK law
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including design, copy, and code — is the property of RemovalCompanies.Reviews or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemovalCompanies.Reviews is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
